What does Groom & Co make?
We make keepsake gifts for the men who matter — hand-wound pocket watches, hip flasks, watch boxes and cufflinks, chosen to be given on the day and reached for long after. Every range is dispatched from Brisbane.
Can the gifts be engraved or personalised?
Engraving is offered on selected pocket watches only — the ones that show an engraving option on the product page, at $29 for up to 30 characters on the case back. Hip flasks, watch boxes and cufflinks are not engraved. Engraved orders add two to four business days before dispatch.
Do the gifts arrive gift-ready?
Every piece ships ready to hand over — watches wound with the chain attached, flasks polished, boxes and cufflinks set in their case. Add a presentation box at checkout and it arrives gift-boxed in silk-felt with the warranty card signed.
How long does dispatch take?
In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) from Brisbane. Engraved orders add two to four business days. Free Australia-wide express shipping on orders over $60; otherwise a flat $8.99 Parcel Post. Worldwide by arrangement.
What warranty do you offer?
Twelve months from date of purchase across every range — covering watch movements, flask seals, box hinges and cufflink fittings. If a fault arises, contact our Brisbane team and we repair or replace it at no cost. Marks from daily wear are not defects.
What is your returns policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we will arrange a replacement or a refund under the Australian Consumer Law. Return postage is paid by the customer.
